What payment methods do you accept?
We are a 100% cashless car wash. We accept credit/debit cards and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. No coins or cash are accepted at either of our locations.
How late are you open?
Both of our self-service locations are open 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, The Wave is always ready for your next wash.
We do temporarily close the site if we are experiencing maintenance issues or if the temperature drops below 35ºF as this will cause the brushes and hoses to freeze and become unsafe for you to wash your vehicle.
Do you have vacuums?
Yes — we offer high-powered vacuums at each location, perfect for keeping your interior as spotless as your exterior.
Can I wash oversized vehicles?
Most of our bays are designed to accommodate larger vehicles such as vans and pickup trucks. Our Fayetteville location has a height clearance of 72″, while our McDonough site can accommodate taller vehicles up to 97″ in the self service bays.
All of our Automatic Wash bays have a clearance of 72″.
What should I do if a machine isn't working properly?
Please call the customer support number posted at each location or message us through our contact form online. We take all service issues seriously and respond promptly.
How much do vacuums cost?
We offer a variety of time options. Vacuums start at $2.00 for 8 minutes of time and go up to $8 for 32 minutes.
How much do the self service bays cost?
We offer mulitple options to fit your wash needs. Our Self-Service Bays start at $5 for 10 minutes of wash time and go up to $20 for 40 minutes.
Do you have automatic car wash bays?
Yes! Our Fayetteville location offers a touchless automatic bay, and our McDonough location has a touchless automatic bay as well as an automatic bay with brushes to give our customers best best of both options.
